Yemen Matari comes from the famous Bani Matar region, characterized by many small farmers. Yemen coffee is traditionally grown at high altitudes, with lots of sun exposure and little rainfall. Due to the harsh climatic conditions, many nutrients and sugars are retained in the beans, making Yemen coffee, coffee with such a rich flavor profile. The coffee beans mature slowly there, gradually acquiring a full and deep flavor. It is one of the rarest blends of Arabica in the world. Yemeni coffee seduces with the sweetness of chocolate interspersed with wine accents and an oriental finish.
